General conditions of sale for bare pitches and rentals
Reservation
All bookings are nominative and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
The reservation only becomes effective after our confirmation and receipt of the deposit which is worth acceptance of the contract by the customer.
Payment of the balance of the stay :
– in camping: at the latest on arrival.
– for rental accommodation: at the latest on arrival.
In the absence of a late notice and without payment, the pitch or the rental will become available the next day from 12.00 noon, after the date of arrival stated on the contract. The period booked will be invoiced, no reduction will be granted for late arrival or early departure.
Cancellation policy
For a camping pitch:
– more than 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid will be returned minus any additional costs equivalent to 10% of the deposit and a minimum of 15€.
– less than 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained in full. For a
rental property :
– more than 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid will be returned minus any additional costs equivalent to 10% of the deposit and a minimum of 15€.

departure during the stay does not give rise to any refund.
Deposit
In rental accommodation, a deposit by cheque or credit card is required at On arrival :
– 300€ guarantee for damage.
– 70€ for a cleaning guarantee. (30€ for Locatif Insolite)
These deposits will be returned on departure at the time of departure after the inventory of fixtures has been checked (cleaning carried out by you).

In case of non-conformity, the client will have to pay the cleaning and/or repairs in order to take back his deposit, otherwise he authorizes the campsite to cash this deposit.
As a reminder, all our rental properties are non-smoking.
Arrival / Departure
In camping: arrival between 1.30 pm and 8 pm, departure before 12 am.
For rentals: arrivals between 3pm and 8pm, departures after inventory of fixtures between 8am and 10.30am. Please respect the time of return of your accommodation, otherwise we will be obliged to ask you a compensation of 50€/hour and to evict you.
Insurance and liability
During their stay, the tenants benefit from the Civil Liability guarantee of the Camping des Grands Cols for any physical or material damage for which the campsite has been held responsible.
Parking on the pitches is unguarded. Only one vehicle is allowed on the pitch. The number of people
arriving for a stay may not exceed the number of people mentioned on the booking contract. A child
and/or baby is counted as a person participating in the stay.
Camping pitches are limited to 5 persons, any additional persons will have to take another accommodation. No more than 4 visitors are allowed at a time. All visitors must be declared at the reception desk.
The Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone.
All tenants must be of age and responsible. They must be able to prove that they have civil liability insurance.
Animals
Pets must be kept on a lead.
The number of pets is limited to a maximum of 2 on the campsite and 1 in the rental accommodation.
Only animals registered on the booking form will be allowed to stay, the management is allowed to
refuse an animal not mentioned in the reservation. The up-to-date vaccination booklet must be presented to At the finish line.
Dogs of the 1st category are strictly forbidden in the campsite.
